The clinic runs largely on a volunteer basis. A nominal salary is paid to the supervisor and the dentist. Financial support from our community allows us to provide necessary dental care to children in our community who are the most in need. The need for funding is ongoing for supplies, equipment maintenance, and specialty care that may require referral to a community partner dentist. In 2021, the clinic provided approximately $20,000 worth of treatments and care and an additional $22,000 for care provided by specialists.

- $100 provides 5 fluoride treatments
- $200 provides dental cleanings and exams for four children
- $500 provides five fillings for cavities
- $1,600 covers the cost for wisdom teeth removal for one child
The need for the clinic is significant. On average, we treat about 90 children at the clinic for one or more visits each.
